STATEMENT

Dear Electronic Family,

In the last weeks our team has looked over all possible options to postpone our 10th and final edition. Unfortunately, we have to inform you with heavy hearts that there will be no final edition of Electronic Family this year. This does not mean that the story of Electronic Family has come to an end. We will continue looking for new possibilities during these difficult times. Until then, keep an eye on our social media until we will meet again. 

We are joining the saveyourticket.nl initiative, in collaboration with many organizations in the industry and the Dutch government. All ticket buyers will receive their refund within a period of 3 months after the original event date (25th of July 2020) on the bank account with which the ticket(s) are purchased. If you have any further questions, please check the FAQ below or send an email to info@electronicfamily.nl.

If you booked flights, please contact your airline company. If you booked an overnight stay by yourself, please contact the designated hotel.

We will continue looking for new possibilities during these difficult times. For now we can only advise you to keep an eye on our social media until we will meet again.
